In our country, it is necessary to pass the examination made by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) for entrance to universities. Depending on the scores they receive in the final exam, they arrange the program preferences they can enter and send their preference forms to the Student Selection and Placement Center. OSYM takes all applications, groups the applicants according to their score, rank scores from highest to lowest, he preferred score lists all available programs according to their type. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Regulation on the basis of the recognition of the previous formal (formal) student in the Turkish Higher Education Institutions, the transitions within the vertical, horizontal and university are determined by the Council of Higher Education "Transition between Programs in the Higher Education Institutions with Associate Degree and Undergraduate Level, Double Major, ". The recognition process of non-formal certification or experiential (non-formal and informal) learning outside of formal education institutions in Turkey is still at an early stage. For this reason, recognition of the previous learner in all the programs of Igdir University has not been fully started. |

Profile of The Programme |
Purpose of the program; to contribute to the development of the rapidly growing call center industry in Turkey, is to train qualified
labor force who has gained necessary experience, has strong persuasion ability, has high communication skills, and wants to
expand its activity and influence area. The Call Center Services Program is a program that provides services in first and second
education,it has a quota of 50 students. The largest employment areas for graduate students are mainly call centers due to the
nature of the program. In addition, students graduated from this program can work in public institutions and organizations.

Access to Further Studies |
Students who have successfully completed associate degree education enter the vertical transition examination and can study in undergraduate programs if they are placed in the undergraduate program which is deemed suitable for the Student Selection and Placement Center. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Each student is required to enroll at predetermined dates on the academic calendar and and at least 70% of the courses and at least 80% of the courses are required for entrance to final exams. Students are required to take at least one midterm and one final exam for each course. The contribution of the midterm exams to the achievement grade is 40%; The contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Students who take one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) are considered successful. (DC) and (DD) grades are conditionally successful grades. For a student to have a DC or DD grade of a grade, a grade point average of at least 2.0 is required. |

To complete the program successfully, pass all the courses available in the program (120 ECTS credits), to obtain a weighted average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00 and necessary to successfully complete the 30-day compulsory student internship. |

In the Call Center Services Program education and training activities are carried out with 13 instructors. Lessons are conducted in classrooms with a capacity of 50 people and projections; 1 computer lab is used effectively in academic studies. |
