Objectives of the Course |
This is a two term course and is designed to provide students with skills and knowledge about how to create effective organizations through individual and group behaviours and organization systems. By the end of this course students will be able to analyse, diagnose and bring solutions to the problems on individual group and organizational level within work settings.
