Objectives of the Course
This is a two term course and is designed to provide students with skills and knowledge about how to create effective organizations through individual and group behaviours and organization systems. By the end of this course students will be able to analyse, diagnose and bring solutions to the problems on individual group and organizational level within work settings.

1To be able to define / learn organizational behavior and field (BİLGİ)
2To interpret and compare various thought currents and application areas within the historical development process of organizational behavior (CONCEPT).
3Adapt and use the basic theoretical and practical knowledge they have acquired in the field of psychology, to the field of organizational behavior (IMPLEMENTATION)
4To be able to analyze the basic motives underlying an individual's behavior within the organization (ANALYSIS).
5To analyze organizational problems (ANALYSIS).
