Specific Admission Requirements |
Success grade in admission to master's programs with thesis; 20% of the undergraduate graduation weighted grade point average, 50% of the ALES score and 30% of the score obtained as a result of the interview made by the jury established by the board of directors of the Institute for each department. A candidate must be at least 65 in order to be successful. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Iğdır University students can be exempt from courses within the framework of Iğdır University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations. If the content of the course taken at another institution is in accordance with the content of the course given at Iğdır University and it is approved by the Institute Administrative Board, the student may be exempted from this course. |

Knowing the concept of Occupational Health and Safety, which can identify the problems of the field, which can produce analytical solutions and applying field solutions generated, occupational health and increasing the scope of Security in the World and Turkey, improvement of working conditions, protection of health of employees, development, occupational diseases and reduce the ability of occupational accidents and is intended to educate science experts with competence.
The aim of this program is to provide a solid foundation in the field of occupational health and safety, to develop analytical thinking skills and to produce sensible solutions with wide elective courses. |
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
Pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, they will find a wide range of activities in various public and private institutions.
Personnel working in public institutions or in the private sector will be able to provide postgraduate training and allow for the promotion and change of title. |

Graduation Requirements |
As stated in Iğdır University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations. Master's program consists of compulsory and elective courses. Total ECTS credit of the program is 120. Master's program consists of compulsory and elective courses. Students complete this credit requirement with compulsory and elective courses required by the relevant regulations and directives. Students may take elective courses from the courses specified in our course catalog, or they may complete credit by taking graduate courses offered in the relevant departments of the university or other universities that the department deems appropriate. |
