Transition from Other Higher Education Institutions to the University, Regulation on the Principles of Transition between the Programs of the Associate Degree and Undergraduate Level in the Higher Education Institutions Published in the Official Gazette dated 24/4/2010 and numbered 27561, Double Major, Minor and Minor Institution Credit Transfer, Decisions of the Higher Education Council and the Senate . The adaptation of these students to the training programs is carried out by the relevant unit management boards. |
Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
Students who have completed their education programs are given associate degree and bachelor's degree diploma by explaining unit and department name. Graduation date is the end date of the exam period determined in the academic calendar. Diplomas are signed by the dean / director of the Rector. |

Authorized the prescriptions written by physicians experienced in the lens of glasses of all kinds of lenses, optical sight utensils, glasses, frames, protective goggles and sunglasses can sell to train health staff. Optician equipped with modern electronic machinery and equipment, optical shop could only authorized students who graduate from our program elements. Students who graduate from this program earn the title of health technicians. Find jobs in the private sector as they may place in your own business. |

Physics Department, Physics Engineering and Optics and Acoustic Engineering can be transferred with DGS. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
The measurement and evaluation methods applied for each course are defined in the "Course Teaching Plan" prepared by the relevant faculty member/s and included in the Information package. Regarding exams and course success grades, the relevant articles of the Iğdır University Education and Examination Regulations are applied. |
Graduation Requirements |
Students enrolled in the optician program must complete 120 ECTS credits. |
