Objectives of the Course
Preceptorship is built on speach and the aim is to gain oral expression ability and knowledge. Teacher applicants, either their own lifes or on their jobs, might come upon some problems of speach and the aim is to teach them how to resolve these problems.Make them to speak their main language right, expression must be clear and understandable, the aim is to improve understanding ability and teach how to behave to the oral expression type of the lecturer and needs of the tye of the oral expression.

Learning Outcomes
1The aim is to teach how to use the oral expression types to make the knowledge transfer well in lesson activities and occupational subjects.
2The aim is to teach the preparetion of the ceremonical speaches and qualititive of the ceromonical spaeches.
3The aim is to teach how to prepare a speach for public crowd.
4Word, sentence, utterance, proverbs, idioms, such as language-internal factors apply in accordance with the purpose.
5Defines eligibility of types of forms of expression and written expression.

Recommended Optional Programme Components
The main specialties of oral language and oral communication. Oral expression; the main specialities ofspeach ability(natural language and body language); the main principles of nice speach; the main specialities of a lecturer (emphesis, expression, hesitation, diction…etc.). Prepared and unpreapared speach; the phases of the prepared speach (selection of the subject and limit; aim, deciding the main and flank toughts, plan, writing the text; and the speach). Types of the speach 1: (face to face speaches, conversation, introduction, answer the questions, celebration of christmas, birthday, bairam etc, radio and television speaches, telephone speaches, wanting a job, interview, joining different kinds of culturel and artificial programs as a lecturer etc…). Make unprepared speaches on different subjects, study on some kinds of unprepared speaches and oral expression activities and correct the language and expression falses

1Having enough academic information about: description of the language, functions of language, grammar and basic concepts of the science of language, Qualifications of world languages, place of Turkish language among these languages, historical periods of Turkish language, sound and sound events, word attachments, word derivation paths, phrases, sentences, sentence elements, sentence types.
2To have adequate academic knowledge about theories of literature, Göktürk and Uyghur literatures, Divan literature, Sufi and folk literature, the new Turkish literature, world literature
3To have relevant knowledge and skills about Turkish language and literature; about the transfer and application of teaching methods and techniques, which is necessary at reading listening, speaking and writing areas to primary school education II. grade level of students.
4To have adequate knowledge and skills, which are necessary for the teaching profession, at the areas such as classroom management, assessment and evaluation, educational psychology, use of technology and materials, teaching principles and methods, laws and regulations governing the activities of educational institutions.
5To show that they can work independently by having an advanced level at “learning to learn” skill.

7Taking responsibility for decision making in complex and unpredictable situations at professional activities and projects.

10To have social, scientific and ethical values at the stages of data collection, interpretation and publishment of Turkish education scientific studies
11Uses Turkish, right, well and according to the effective speech rules, in a way which would allow better communication and understanding, and in an aesthetic manner. Has enough information about Turkey s Turkish sound science, the shape of science, syntax, semantics, and uses this information.
12Has the skills of creating knowledge, editing, transmission, storage, presentation , and sharing at Turkish Language and Literature field by using information and Internet technologies.
13Intends to have enough level of foreign language skill to be able to follow current research and to communicate with colleagues in the field of Turkish Language and Literature.
14Being history-conscious about principles of Atatürk and being knowledgeable about Revolution.
