YÖK with the decision dated 06/06/2018 Iğdır University, Institute of Science Master of Science Thesis Program has been considered to be opened.

Specific Admission Requirements First Cycle (Bachelor's Degree) diploma; minimum score of 55 from the National Central Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) in the related field; a minimum score of 65 from the graduate school entrance exam

The related articles of the IĞDIR UNIVERSITY GRADUATE EDUCATION AND TRAINING REGULATION which is published in the Official Gazette No. 27158 dated March 3, 2009. based on non-formal certification outside formal educational institutions in Turkey or based on experience (in-formal and non-formal) recognition of the learning process it is at an early stage. For this reason, the recognition of prior learning in all programs of Iğdır University is not fully initiated.

The aim of this program is to provide a solid background both in pure and applied mathematics together with a wide range of elective courses, and to enhance the ability to think analytically and to construct logical solutions.
