General Description
History
The landscape and Ornamental Plants Program, Igdir, located in the Vocational School is one of the programs. The Program in 2012-2013 academic year the students began to take. The program each year, 30 students are accepted. In 2013-2014, as of the academic year Igdir of Technical sciences, studies in continuing education.

Have successfully completed the program and students who are proficient in the program "Landscape and Ornamental Plants" are having a bachelor's degree in the front area.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
In order to obtain a degree in Landscape and Ornamental Plants of students in the program of required and elective courses (a total of 120 ECTS credits) must successfully complete all general, have at least a 2.0 weighted grade point average of 4.00, and must complete a 30-day training period.

The aim of the training program, taking into account the realities of the country and the needs of the sectors with the qualifications needed and is looking for skilled, qualified, experienced, entrepreneurial, dynamic and highly skilled individuals with interdisciplinary knowledge-base to train coordination. Landscape and Ornamental Plants Programme students At the end of the semester DGS (Vertical Jump Test) can make the transition to four-year undergraduate programs. Program students DGS exam, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design, Forest Engineering and Agricultural Engineering programs may be preferred.

1Acquiring enough conceptual and applied knowledge in Mathematics, Science and Basic Engineering issues related to his/her field.
2To become skillful at making designs by means of technical and computer-aided drawings and simulation programs, and by using various software programs to be able to choose systems and components required in by the field apart from making the basic sizing computations and drawing the architectural and static projects and details.
3To choose and use efficiently contemporary techniques and means as well as information technologies required for the applications related to the field of study.
4To gain application skills, by making on-the-spot checks regarding the processes related to his or her field both in public and private sectors.
5To gain the necessary skills to realize projects which present logical and realistic solutions to ecological problems in harmony with natural forms to protect the nature which belongs to the living organisms,
