Objectives of the Course
The qualifications to be sought in the experts who will take part in the expert lists to be prepared in the form of advice and upon request from public institutions and organizations and courts regarding Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases will be explained within the scope of this course. On the other hand, it is aimed to give information about the working principles of the experts, the protection of the public interest, the definition of accident, its causes, effects and consequences, and how to prepare reports in order to prevent the accident, which is a public health problem, or to develop measures. In addition, it is aimed to understand how to prepare the reports of the institutions that are expected to provide expert services and the people who give scientific and technical opinions upon the request of the judicial authorities.
