The aim of this course is to discuss the concepts, functions, techniques, methods and approaches within the scope of Human Resources Management in health institutions; The aim of this study is to focus on the researches on the subjects and the applications in health institutions.

In this course, HR organization, job analysis and job design, macro health human resources planning, micro health workforce planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development of human resources, success evaluation, career management, job evaluation and wage management in terms of health institutions. , employee retention, protection function, HRM information systems will be discussed.
