In this course, HR organization, job analysis and job design, macro health human resources planning, micro health workforce planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development of human resources, success evaluation, career management, job evaluation and wage management in terms of health institutions. , employee retention, protection function, HRM information systems will be discussed. |
