Objectives of the Course
This course aims at teaching the competencies related to business ethics.

Learning Outcomes
1Identifies the human in the working life, examines the relationship between individual-productivity and its results.
2Understands the principles and principles of the behavioral dimension of working life.
3It draws a framework for individual and group behavior in the workplace, making use of psychology and other social sciences.
4Examines the perspective of man in managerial dimension in working life, implements the policies on human behaviors in working life.
5Explains the individual and his / her behaviors within the working life and interpersonal and intergroup relations.
6Learns the relationship between psychology and working psychology with other social sciences.
7Understands the importance of human and business harmony.
8Learns the importance of communication and the consequences of communication problems.
