Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give basic information about strategic management, to gain basic competencies in external environment and business analysis, to examine the stages of strategy formulation, implementation and valuation in terms of theoretical and practical situations.

1Will be able to define the concepts, theoretical and practical management processes related to the long-term survival of the business and provide competitive advantage, will be able to comprehend the relations and apply them.
2Will be able to analyze with a system approach, comprehend problems and produce long-term solutions by taking into account the external and internal environments in which businesses operate.
3Will be able to structure businesses in the long term by taking into account their environmental factors and will be able to propose and realize the necessary changes/transformations to provide competitive advantage.
