Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable graduate students to understand the clinical laboratory operation,to learn the techniques and devices that are widely used in clinical laboratories,to inform about the methods to be made with biomolecules.Also, to learn basic laboratory techniques and method validation parameters

Learning Outcomes
1Understanding laboratory operation and sample processing methods, learning biochemical measurement methods, learning the working principles of HPLC and GC/LC-MS practically, evaluating experimental results qualitatively and quantitatively, learning method validation steps of molecules used in the clinic are among the gains of the course.

functioning of clinical biochemistry laboratory, sample types and sample preparation methods in clinical laboratories, concentration units, preparation of solutions, pH importance, measurement methods of molecules used in diagnosis such as HPLC, GC/LC-MS, Spectrophotometric, method validation studies, methods of tests used for diagnosis and treatment and evaluation of results
