Objectives of the Course
Organic agricultural products in Turkey contribute significantly to the country's economy in terms of rural development and this contribution is expected to increase further in the coming years. The aim of this course is to convey the necessary information about the contribution of organic agriculture to rural development.

Learning Outcomes
1At the end of this course, the student will be able to; 1. Understand the importance of organic farming practices and their importance in rural development of a country 2. To be able to evaluate the policies for organic agriculture in terms of rural development, 3. To be able to develop individual research, analysis, synthesis and responsibility 4. To have sufficient knowledge to sustain rural development in organic agriculture practice
