Objectives of the Course |
The purpose of the HRM course is to examine the scientific foundations of human resource management processes and equip students with knowledge and skills related to HR functions. Within this scope, the objectives of the course can be summarized in the following three points: to teach fundamental concepts related to Human (Resources) Management, to provide the ability to use HR knowledge to enhance organizational performance, and to develop the skills to utilize HR knowledge for improving employee satisfaction. |

The management and principles of human resources, organization, job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection, orientation, training, development, career planning, rewards, and compensation are fundamental functions within the scope of support activities in business. |
