Objectives of the Course
Within the framework of the basic concepts of professional English related to nursing, it is to develop reading and understanding as well as writing and speaking skills in the field.

This course; Introduction of the course, establishing the relationship between course learning outcomes and program competencies. Introduction to sentence structure in English. Hospital departments and staff. – ING,Regular verbs, simple sentence structures If Clause Type 1 (Real Present /Future ),Defining /Non-Defining Relative Clauses, Reduction of Relative Clauses,Conjunctions and Transitions,Basic systems terminology-symptoms-treatment-drugs,Basic systems terminology -symptoms-treatment-medications,Midterm exam,Patient's admission to the hospital-taking a history,introducing himself to the patient and his colleague,Case studies/dialogue examples Nursing care process-diagnosis-receiving/giving-evaluation of the patient,Case studies/dialogue examples -Characteristics of infectious diseases and nursing care Signs and symptoms terminology Counseling skills Case studies/dialogue examples -Nursing care in accidents Person reporting ,Case studies/dialogue examples -Nursing care in emergency situations Location reporting Person reporting ,Case studies/dialogue examples -Basic nursing practices with patients communication and care ,Case studies/dialogue examples -Basic nursing practices a communication and care with the patient Assessment of the course; includes topics.
