Objectives of the Course |
This course focuses on leadership in nursing and key concepts related to leadership. In the course content, the concept of leadership, the history of leadership: leaders in nursing, leadership types, leadership definitions, leadership theories, styles, behaviors and characteristics, evaluation of personal leadership potential, women and leadership. Leadership as an influencing process, development of leadership skills, leadership and transformation, innovation, crisis management, conflict management issues. |
