Course Contents |
School health services are aimed at children and young people between the ages of 5-24, teachers and other workers. To describe the health status/problems of the school community; organizing health promotion programs; immunization and control of infectious diseases; manage the health care of children with disabilities and chronic diseases; to provide first aid services in case of sudden injury and illness; School is a set of activities organized to improve environmental health. In this context, school nurses serve as the basic health manpower who take on important responsibilities and are trained in the field. |
