Objectives of the Course |
To teach the pre-operative, postoperative and post-operative nursing care and practices of the patient whose treatment is planned surgically. In addition, the physical structure of the operating room, traffic and movement in the operating room, the materials used in the operating room, sterilization, disinfection and asepsis principles are adopted. To teach the duties and responsibilities of the operating room team and the roles and duties of the operating room nurse within the team. |
