Objectives of the Course
This course provides information about the basic principles of nutrition science. The course includes the main topics of the definition and functions of nutrients, digestion and absorption, the effects of nutrient deficiencies and toxicities, need levels, nutritional sources, nutrient interactions, recommendations for use in diet, the role of nutrition in healthy and sick individuals. to gain nutritional habits, to gain the principles of adequate and balanced nutrition, to contribute to the training of individuals who first care about their own bodies and health, and then their jobs.
