Objectives of the Course
To inform the students about the basic concepts and techniques of Human Resources Management. Giving information about how Human Resources Management is applied to business life. To gain the necessary knowledge and skills in developing Human Resources strategies.

1Will be able to reach the correct information about human resources management
2Will be able to explain the content of human resources management concept and its relationship with other management processes.
3Students will be able to learn the importance of increasing the quality of work life and increasing the quality of work life in human resources management.
4Will be able to analyze the human resources practices of the enterprises by considering the related literature (scientific knowledge), institutional characteristics and ethical rules.
5Will be able to use the knowledge gained in the field of human resources management to analyze, solve problems and bring new proposals.
6Will be able to design new strategies by using the theoretical and practical aspects of human resources management in order to ensure more efficient use of human capital.
