Objectives of the Course |
It is to enable students to think and perceive art, to express themselves, to develop their imagination and to research and produce creative ideas by using artistic tools by considering art as a field of knowledge production and experience.
The versatile thinking methods revealed by today's art not only enable the development of individual and social sensitivity, but also contribute to the development of the visual, sensory and physical abilities of the student as a field that produces meaning, and show with practice that different ways of expression are possible. |

Course Contents |
The content of the course is to deal with issues such as the practice of seeing and making sense in art, self-portrait and persona, identity, art and power relations, cultural differences, gender, utopia, avant-garde, within the language and expression possibilities of art, and with practices in which theory and practice are intertwined in a workshop. transforming these subjects into creative workshops. Students develop their ideas within the expression possibilities of artistic practices such as drawing, photography and video, model and archive work, mapping, object, performance studies, performance, application in the public sphere, and site-specific works. |
