Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable the student to gain the knowledge, skills and competence required to familiarise the student with adaptation theories and other terminology with reference to literature-cinema relationship, and to help students develop necessary skills for the appreciation of cinematic adaptations in the context of social and cultural processes by using different theories of adaptation.
