Objectives of the Course
The course aims to introduce the concepts of antenna technology and wave propagation. It teaches the necessary antenna parameters for analyzing and understanding antenna behavior. The relationship between the source and the waves emitted is explained through Maxwell's equations and radiation integrals. Antenna types frequently used or helpful in understanding antenna theory, such as dipole, loop, array, microstrip, and aperture antennas, are examined.
