Objectives of the Course |
Entrepreneurship ecosystem is transferred to
theentrepreneurship candidate with its internal and
externalfactors. All sub‐modules (such as marketing, sales,
financial,management and production) in the process of
theentrepreneur who has decided to take the initiative, from
thebusiness idea to the completion of the business plan,
areprovided to obtain a business plan that also solves
theprofitability and sustainability problems. It is aimed to
increasethecapacityoftheentrepreneurtocopewiththeproblemst
hathe may encounter in real life, after providing sufficient
informationaboutentrepreneurshipandraisingawareness. |

Course Contents |
The entrepreneur first learns to distinguish opportunities in
theexternalenvironment.Thentheentrepreneurwhotestshimself
then chooses the ideal one among the business ideas and
testsit. It then completes the process of transforming from
abusiness idea to a business model and then a
successfulbusiness plan. The questions that a business must
answer areaddressed through modules. After each module is
handled as ashort plan, a holistic business plan is obtained. The
areas thatneed to be developed in the sub‐modules and in the
finalversion are revised. |
