Objectives of the Course
Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drugs with the general information about the use of the clinic to teach, the effects of drugs on the body systems, effects, use and doses of the theoretical and practical to teach the student, the student to gain the right and conscious drug use skills.

22. The sources and general properties of drugs, the absorption of drugs applied to the body, the body distribution, biotransformation and excretion of the body will have information about.
33. Know the effects of drugs on the body, the routes and doses of administration and the interactions between other drugs and their undesirable effects.
45. Know the sources and properties of drugs acting on the body systems.
56. Knows the properties, pharmacokinetics, effects, undesirable effects, drug interactions, uses and doses of drugs acting on the nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood and blood forming organs.

General pharmacology, central nervous system drugs, autonomic nervous system drugs, cardiovascular system drugs, drugs affecting blood and blood forming structures.

1Introduction to pharmacology, sources of drugs, doses, structure-effect relation and medical chemistry
2Pharmacokinetics (ways of using drugs, absorption, distribution, biotransformation and excretion)
3Effects of drugs (effects, dose-intensity-effect relationship, interaction and undesirable effects of drugs)
4Central nervous system drugs (introduction, general anesthetics)
5Central nervous system drugs (soothing and sleeping drugs, convulsive and psychotropic drugs)
6Central nervous system drugs (centrally acting muscle relaxants, local anesthetics, narcotic painkillers and antagonists)
7Central nervous system drugs (non-narcotic painkillers, drugs used in drops disease, drugs stimulating the central nervous system)
8Midterm exam
9Autonomic nervous system drugs (introduction, sympathomimetic drugs)
10Autonomic nervous system drugs (sympatholytic and parasympathomimetic drugs)
11Autonomic nervous system drugs (parasympatholytic drugs, drugs affecting autonomous ganglia, neuro-muscular blocking drugs)
12Cardiovascular system drugs (introduction, drugs that increase and decrease the contractile strength of the heart muscle, drugs that correct rhythm in the heart)
13Cardiovascular system drugs (drugs used in the anterior chest pain, enlarging the peripheral veins and lowering blood pressure)
