Objectives of the Course |
This process is not a one-sided process. In other words, it is also important to use collective service applications to solve the problem of the society in which the intended student lives and the energy of his / her life, as well as to carefully evaluate every stage of the collective service practices and to contribute to the student's future life. Collective service practices should provide students with opportunities to think about the achievements they have achieved during the projects and to share their experiences and knowledge with others and internalize them. In an active learning environment that is a good example of learning through the experience that Dewey has described, students become aware of some affective gains such as self-confidence, competence, responsibility and empathy by dealing with real people, real institutions and real events. Students develop creative thinking, critical thinking, effective communication, teamwork and problem solving skills that they will need in the future. |
