Definition of health system approach and purpose of the health care system, health services, basic characteristics, the organization of health services in Turkey, Turkey's health care delivery models, economic growth, development and the relationship between the health sector, health care financing. Definition of management, management functions, management processes, characteristics of health care services, health services, organizational structures, Turkey and the world for the management of health services.
