Week Theoretical Practice Laboratory 1 Glass and plastic supplies, to transfer materials with the aid of micropipette and glass pipette, to weigh materials. 2 Methods of mixing solutions, cleanup of pHmeter, glass and plastic materials 3 Methods of incubation 4 Methods of sterilization 5 To obtain laboratory water 6 To precipitate liquids by centrifuges 7 To examine objects that could not be seen by eyes- microscopic methods 8 Midterm examination 9 Spectrophotometric and nephelometric methods 10 Turbidimetric and fluorometric methods 11 Flame photometry and atomic absorbtion spectrophotometric methods 12 Automatic analyzers (biochemistry and haematology) 13 Chromatographic methods 14 Electrophoretic methods 15 Tissue, blood and serum storage methods. 16 Midterm examination
