Objectives of the Course
The main aim of the course is to teach the values that teacher candidates will gain to their students during their teaching profession, especially our national and moral values, and how to gain social values through education. In addition, the other aim of the course is for pre-service teachers to know universal values and how they will gain students both national/spiritual values and universal values.

Basic concepts related to character and value education, the importance of family, environment and school in character and value education, Basic Concepts Related to Character Education and Values Education, Family, Environment and School in Character Education and Development, Value Education in the Human-Cultural Development Process, National– Spiritual Values and Universal Values, Teaching Methods and Techniques in Character / Value Education and Teacher as a Role Model in Character and Value Education constitute the main content.
