Objectives of the Course

This course aims at teaching the competencies related to business ethics.

1	Identifies the human in the working life, examines the relationship between individual-productivity and its results.
2	Understands the principles and principles of the behavioral dimension of working life.
3	It draws a framework for individual and group behavior in the workplace, making use of psychology and other social sciences.
4	Examines the perspective of man in managerial dimension in working life, implements the policies on human behaviors in working life.
5	Explains the individual and his / her behaviors within the working life and interpersonal and intergroup relations.
6	Learns the relationship between psychology and working psychology with other social sciences.
