Definition of interpersonal communication; communication model, communication elements and features, effective listening and feedback, factors that prevent interpersonal communication (source, channel, receiver, etc.), factors that facilitate communication, the role and use of emotions in communication, conflict and prevention in communication, student, teacher, parent communication Important points to consider are communication practices. |
