Objectives of the Course

1	will be able to define the definitions of ground services and airports, customer services at the airport, the aviation training system in Turkey.
2	will be able to describe IATA geography.
3	will be able to learn airport terminals, operational units, equipment which is used in the ground services at the airport.
4	will be able to interpret the special passengers and the concepts and operations regarding with these passengers.
5	will be able to apply all the steps regarding with passport, visa, airport tax, transaction stamp, customs, and monetary operations.
6	will be able to classify the relationship among the main functions of airline companies and classify their interactions.
