Objectives of the Course

1will be able to define the definitions of ground services and airports, customer services at the airport, the aviation training system in Turkey.
2will be able to describe IATA geography.
3will be able to learn airport terminals, operational units, equipment which is used in the ground services at the airport.
4will be able to interpret the special passengers and the concepts and operations regarding with these passengers.
5will be able to apply all the steps regarding with passport, visa, airport tax, transaction stamp, customs, and monetary operations.
6will be able to classify the relationship among the main functions of airline companies and classify their interactions.
