Objectives of the Course |
Examining how industrial relations phenomena are perceived and interpreted in different fields of study. Examination of the role of the state and employer in industrial relations. To have theoretical and practical knowledge at national and international levels in the fields of Industrial Relations, Social Policy, Human Resources and Labor and Social Security Law and to understand how to use them in the working environment. |
