Objectives of the Course |
Discussing the nature, process, methodology and techniques of scientific research; It is aimed to teach how to plan, manage and terminate a research, how and with what techniques the obtained data will be analyzed, to handle it specifically with the SPSS program and to report a research (in the format of an article, thesis, etc.). |

Course Contents |
-Nature of scientific research, scientific research process (identifying topic and problem, determining hypothesis, establishing design and model, data collection, data analysis and interpretation and report writing); Field survey (Survey), one of the basic social research techniques
Principles of survey question preparation, quantitative data analysis and interpretation techniques using statistical software will be discussed in practice; Evaluating and reporting the data of a research conducted on the topics of social work. |
