Objectives of the Course |
The main purpose of the Law of Debt course is to teach the students the basic rules and concepts of the law of debts. In line with this purpose, it will also be aimed to introduce the students to the issues related to the law of debts that our students will encounter in their business life. |

Course Contents |
legal relationships; types of contracts and preparation of contracts; contractual relationships; credit and debt relations in commercial affairs, necessity in law of obligations; The subject of acceptance contract, error, fraud, acquittal, loss, collusion, unjustified acquisition, performance of debts, statute of limitations, consequences of non-payment of debt, effects of debts on third parties, termination of debts, types of debts, various kinds of contract will be covered. |
