Objectives of the Course
This course aims bringing in, towards all the students, management, principles, concepts, theories and materials, and their use in nursing services; information and attitude related to management activities in planning, organizing, performing, evaluating and coordinating of nursing services and transferring information about management of nursing services to practice.

Learning Outcomes
1To be define the basic concepts related to the management of nursing services.
2To be perceives the principles and theories of management and can explain how s/he can use these theories and principles in the management of nursing services.
3To be perceives the basic principles, concepts and theories related to planning, organization, performing and evaluation in the process of management and can apply these in nursing services management.
4To be explain the significance of earning management skills in nursing.
5To be perceive the roles and functions of manager nurses.
6To be perceive the organization and running of the organization of health and nursing services in Turkey.
7To be recognizes the basic concepts of leadership, theory defining, evaluation of personal leadership type and skill of leadership in Nursing.
8To be explains the formation of power in Nursing.
9To be States the factors influencing motivation and work satisfaction in Nursing.
10To be states the significance of change in the presentation of nursing services.
11To be tates the significance of using problem solution process.
12To be explain the role of decision-making in the management of Nursing Services.
13To be explain the necessity of critical thinking in Nursing.
14To be explains how s/he can use the principles of human resources management in the management of nursing services and s/he can apply these principles.
15To be explains the principles of quality and total quality management in nursing services and states the relationship between those and the presentation of nursing services.
