Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course; students in all life stages of women to protect and improve reproductive health, with a holistic approach in cases where it deteriorates meet the maintenance requirements and the necessary knowledge and skills for this to make them win.

1Comprehends the position of women and women's health problems in the world and in Turkey
2Comprehends the importance of the nurse's role in women's reproductive health according to life stages.
3Evaluate healthy/sick woman and family with a holistic approach.
4Identify the care needs of the healthy/sick woman, fetus, and newborn
5Knowledge of legal and ethical issues regarding healthy/sick women, fetuses and newborns, professional can act in accordance with ethical principles and standards.
6It can take a role in education and research on healthy/sick women, fetuses and newborns.
7To meet the care needs of healthy/sick women, fetuses and newborns plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
8Gains the ability to independently construct a problem in the field, develop a solution method, solve it, evaluate the results and apply it when necessary.
9Have the ability to critically evaluate information about Gynecology and Gynecology Nursing, to direct learning and to carry out advanced studies independently.
10Gains the ability to develop strategies, policies and implementation plans on issues related to Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing and to evaluate the results obtained within the framework of quality processes.
