Objectives of the Course
By explaining the basic concepts of health law and ethics, it is ensured that the legal responsibility of physicians, nurses and other health professionals is handled and understood in accordance with international declarations and health law.

1To be history of health legislation, basic concepts, patient-health care workers relationship have general knowledge of the subject.

General Description of Meeting and Course – History, Basic Concepts of Legislation, Basic Concepts in Health Law, Concepts related to health within the scope of the Constitution, Health Services basic law, Public Health Law, Patient and Healthcare Professional Rights-Responsibilities, Rights and Responsibilities of healthcare professionals within the scope of labor law. responsibilities, Rights and responsibilities of health workers within the scope of General Health Insurance and Social Insurance Law, Criminal Legal Professional and Administrative Responsibilities of Health Workers, Medical Practice Errors and their consequences and solutions, Medical Intervention and Compliance with the Law - Laws - -Ethical Approach, Medical Process Leading to Errors in Practice, Medical Malpractice and Evaluation in Terms of Criminal Law and Compensation Responsibility, Discipline and Ethical Responsibilities Nursing Law, Nursing Regulations, Legal Regulations in Pre-1980 Health Services in Turkey
