Objectives of the Course
Teaching the principles of effective and correct use of drugs in clinical practice and gaining skills; about the effects, side effects, doses, indications, contraindications, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs informing and teaching the properties of drugs used in the treatment of different system diseases.

Learning Outcomes
1Knows the general concepts and principles of differenceology.
2Explain the general information about the efficacy and safety of drug groups.
3It predicts the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic effects of drugs that are likely to be used in drug administration.
4List the points to be considered in the use of drugs during pregnancy.
5Gains knowledge and effective application skills about the use of drugs for prophylaxis and diagnosis.
6It can explain what drug toxicity is and the signs and symptoms of drug toxicity.
7Knows and evaluates what drug abuse is.
8Gains knowledge about drugs acting on central nervous system, autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular system and blood and blood forming organs and their properties, pharmacokinetics, effects, undesirable effects, drug interactions and usage.
9Explain the principles of safe drug administration.
10List the ethical principles in drug administration.

Course Contents
Introduction to Pharmacology, Drug energies and their chemical structures, mechanisms of drug action, dose-concentration-effect relationship, pharmacokinetics, "Drug application, Absorption, Absorption, Distribution, Storage, Elimination," Factors modifying the effect of drugs, forms of interaction between drugs: Antagonism, synergism, prescription information, pharmaceutical forms. Cardiotonic Glycosides; Antiarrhythmic Drugs, Antianginal drugs, Adrenergic Agonist and Antagonist Drugs, Central Nervous System Drugs, Drugs Affecting the Autonomic Nervous System, Respiratory System, Effective Drugs; Digestive System Drugs Effective, Effective Drugs Endocrine System, Urinary System Drugs; Hemolytic chemotherapeutic drugs; Effective Drugs other body systems.
