This course covers the History of Nursing-From Beginning to Professionalization; Nature/Structure of Nursing, Nursing as a Profession; Contemporary Roles and Responsibilities in Nursing; Basic Concepts of Nursing (The Concept of Human and Environment); Basic Concepts of Nursing (Health, Disease and Nursing Concepts); Nursing Philosophy; Nursing Theory/Models; It includes the concept of care, the decision-making process, and the nursing process.
