Objectives of the Course
To explain the basic concepts and models of consumer behavior and to explain the consumer decision process and to question the psychological, socio-cultural and demographic factors that may be effective in different stages of this process, together with their reasons.

1Will be able to explain the basic concepts and models of consumer behavior. Explains the concept of consumer behavior. Recognizes consumer behavior models. Describes the psychological, socio-cultural and demographic factors that affect consumer behavior.
2Will be able to analyze the effects of psychological, socio-cultural and demographic factors on consumer decision process with their results.
3Will be able to evaluate the relationship between consumer behavior and marketing practices.
