Objectives of the Course
The aim of the Vocational Foreign Language III course is to develop the academic language and academic skills that students need both at the university and in the departments they study. In this course, students develop their English writing skills by going through an effective writing process consisting of planning, researching, gathering and organizing information. In this course, where emphasis is placed on academic writing, reading, listening and speaking skills, students not only work on similar texts that they may encounter in their education life, but also work on improving their exam skills, transferring information in English, summarizing and taking notes.
