Civil aviation system: organizations, conventions, rules, bilateral agreements, air traffic agreements will be covered.

1will be able to explain basic international organizations, regional and other organizations in aviation.
2will be able to explain the International Civil Aviation Convention (Chicago Convention).
3will be able to explain Warsaw and Montreal Conventions with related to air carrier responsibility in air transportation
4will be able to define aircraft, explain its types, legal nature, nationality, property, aircraft registry, aircraft mortgage, aircraft rental.
5will be able to explain air transport contract
6will be able to explain air passenger rights in air transportation
7will be able to explain the Rome Convention and the Montreal Convention regarding the damage caused by foreign aircraft to third parties on earth.
8will be able to explain international conventions on aviation security.
9will be able to explain the types and general structure of bilateral air transportation agreements.
10will be able to explain to aviation insurance, tell the obligatory aviation insurance in Turkey
11will be able to explain competition law practices in air transportation.
