| Managing projects by paying special attention to the human and institutional aspects of the projects is important for both public institutions and private companies if they want to achieve their goals. In this lesson, we will use the goal-oriented project management method. With its central focus, enhancing understanding, participation and commitment among those involved, this method is a key component in managing successful and ongoing change. |
