Objectives of the Course |
Managing projects by paying special attention to the human and institutional aspects of the projects is important for both public institutions and private companies if they want to achieve their goals. In this lesson, we will use the goal-oriented project management method. With its central focus, enhancing understanding, participation and commitment among those involved, this method is a key component in managing successful and ongoing change. |

Development of the network plan concept, PERT, CPM, project qualifications, invisible dangers in project management, time estimation, time-cost conflict, probability and cost in project planning, goal breakdown structure, project culture, planning stages, arrangement, detailed planning and detailed organization, project control, quality in project work. |
