To bring of importance, basic groups, some characteristics and control methods of microorganisms and show basic laboratory rules and microbial analyses methods.

The history and development of microorganisms, the clasification and nomenclature of microorganisms, bacteria, fungi, viruses, the nutrition and the growth of microorganisms, the metabolism of microorganisms, staining of bacteria and the methods of staining, the isolation and identification of microorganisms, Genetics of microorganisms, Microbial ecology, Microbial Compounds.
