Objectives of the Course
To teach the building management and construction processes, to teach the cost of making the cost calculations by using the specifications of various building productions and unit prices through construction projects, to teach the technical specifications, contracts and legal responsibilities in the construction process, to teach the tendering types and processes, to teach construction supervision system and temporary and definite acceptance procedures after construction, to teach tasks and responsibilities for work safety in construction works.

Construction management concept and construction processes, construction projects, construction cost and billing calculations, progress payments, unit price descriptions, construction technical specifications and contracts, tendering types and duration, tender file preparation, work planning techniques, construction site organization, temporary and definite acceptance procedures in the works, the unit price system of the ministry of environment and urbanization, work safety in construction actions.
