Infectious diseases are diseases that are known by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, which have been known for a long time now and still maintain their importance. Around 14 million people worldwide die from infectious diseases every year. When the mortality rates related to diseases are examined, infectious diseases are the second most common cause after heart and vascular diseases. Cancer ranks third in the list. The incidence of infectious diseases disrupts the social order and the provision of health services, causes death and disability, and causes economic losses. The share of well-trained health personnel in the formation of a healthy society is great. Health personnel should know the ways of protection from infectious diseases and should take protective measures against these diseases. For this purpose, in this course infectious disease, infection chain, general characteristics of infectious agents and infection formation, spread of the infection throughout the body, common infectious diseases in the world and in our country; Factors, transmission paths, epidemiological and clinical features, treatment, prevention and control and care principles along with immunization, isolation methods, hospital infections and infectious diseases will be discussed. -Infectious FORMATION: Infections Definition of Infection chain (Active-Resources-Sources way out-infection-new host entry-susceptible host), microorganisms and types (bacteria-virus- Mushroom -Low Noise on) World and INFECTIOUS DISEASES IN TURKEY CONCEPTS ON HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES: Endemias, Epidemias, Sporadi, Pandemic, Isolation, Isolation, Morbidity, Mortality, Quarantine -FUNCTION SYMPTOMS AND RESULTS: Symptoms of Infection: Fever, Fatigue, Loss of appetite, Slimming, Tremor, Nausea, Vomiting, Pain , Sensitization, Rashes, Diarrhea, Cough, Other, Infection findings; Swelling, redness, edema, tenderness, temperature, pain, leukocytosis, increased sedimentation, leukopenia, hyperthermia, hypothermia, tachypnea, tachycardia, hypertension, unconsciousness, convulsion, notification of infectious diseases, prevention and control measures, ISOLATION: , Surveillance, Isolation methods, the use of personal protective equipment, Protection methods for the elderly -PRODUCTION AND IMMUNIZATION: Immunity, Immune types, Elderly and immune system, Immune Response, Vaccines
