Objectives of the Course
With the course, it is aimed to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the postal delivery officer, the sanctions, the penalties that can be taken in case of committing a crime, in detail, with the postal statute.

1The ability to learn the content of the Postal Law and the regulation, the ability to learn the relevant legislation on the acceptance, transportation and distribution of postal items, the ability to learn the universal postal service principles, the confidentiality and security of postal services are obtained as a result of education.

Students who get sufficient points in the University Entrance Exam are entitled to enroll in the program. Postal Services Program; It is a two-year social program that provides theoretical and applied education.
Course Contents
The general provisions of the postal legislation, wages, prohibitions, responsibilities and compensations, penal provisions are explained and the important items that postal delivery officers should know are emphasized.

1Communication Service in Post, Post Monopoly and PTT's responsibility to the public
2General Provisions: Authority to establish and cut down the postal service and to pay wages to civil servants and employees, Authority to print and sell stamps and valuables used in mail, Right to sell stamps and valuable papers used in mail, Agreements with foreign countries, Transport contracts, Postage in stations, trains and ships Providing jobs, Transporting mail on trains and ships, Exemptions from local postal transports
3General Provisions: Taking measures for the exchange of mail, Assistance to the postal, Confidentiality of the mail, Delivery of postal items to the authorized places, Correction of mistakes, Exemption from stamp image and other duties and taxes.
4Fees: Fees of official postal items, Special stamps, Items subject to reduced fixed fee, Airfares of official and reduced-paid postal items, Postal items to be sent by the President, Payment of fees, Collected various items
5Fees: Fees for taking back, changing address, requesting news, Returning and resending ordinary and registered mail items, Returning and resending postal parcels with valuable letters and boxes, and storage fee, Fees for returned or forcefully returned items
