Children's Law is a branch of law examining the rules of law about children. For this reason, the regulations of all branches of law in public law and private law are covered by this branch. However, this branch of law is not only based on national law, but its principles are based on national law. For this reason, the studies of the inter-national society for the protection of children, especially the inter-national conventions, are also included in the scope of the Law on Children.
