| Level of Course Unit | Short Cycle | Objectives of the Course | This course aims to help students develop their creative powers and gain basic drawing skills. | Name of Lecturer(s) | Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Selim Kartal | Learning Outcomes | 1 | 1-Students will draw point and line on the surface of which scales are described. | 2 | 2-Students will apply surface character of tone with clear-obscure, light-shade, volumed surface and different objects in line with the techniques. | 3 | 3-Students will edit described surface using geometrical forms. Students will volume the drawings with drawing pencil while taking into consideration clear- obscure, light- shade. | 4 | 4-Students will render in line with techniques. | 5 | 5-Students will produce new forms from basic geometrical forms, will apply these forms to the surface in line with the composition unit and principles. Besides, students will produce new forms from basic geometrical forms and apply these forms to the surface as three dimensional. | 6 | 6-Students will practice colourizing perfectly and will draw and dye colour circle. | 7 | 7-Students will colourize object with collage technique. | 8 | 8-Students will colourize object with dry paint, water color and guache techniques. | 9 | 9-Students will make completed work read to present in accordance with passepartout technique. | 10 | 10-Students will comprehend the concepts related texture, types and properites of texture. Besides, students will practice texture structures from certain objects with lead pencil according to techniques and will practice colourizing textures from certain objects according to techniques. | 11 | 11-Students will make surface edittings while practising colourful work in line with the dying textures from certain objects technique and taking advantage of texture structure of object in accordance with composition principles. | 12 | 12-Students will colourize surface edittings based on colour harmony or object's own colour in line with guache technique. |
